Processing Time All items are printed on demand. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Delivery — United Kingdom Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. GrimRilla is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional postage charges may apply.
